In the header of your document, include your name, ID number, and title of the assignment (i.e.,
Assignment #2). Do not include any other document descriptors (i.e., course title, professor’s
name, etc.). Submit three page minimum, four page maximum, 12 pt. font, line spacing of 1.5
(not double spaced), maximum 1” left and right margins.
Using a topic that is mathematical in nature, develop a coherent and cohesive summary
integrating content from the required reading as best as you can. Review your work and save it as
a PDF. Upload a PDF version of your document to Blackboard as well as submit a stapled
hardcopy* by the deadline.
