Assume that TATA’s strategy for choosing the markets
of Brazil, Russia, China, Indonesia, and Nigeria for
expansion is correct (see last paragraph of page 6),
please identify briefly the reasons why TATA should
purchase Pascal, includin the reason(s) why TATA
should pay $150 million or more.

Likewise, make a case for not submitting a bid,
including not paying more than $150 million.

Please describe the major elements of TATA’s
