For several companies, branding is more important that the products and services offered in the market because it contains the name of the company and communicates the company to the target customers. However, effective branding requires high engagement of stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement

Stakeholders, according to Chen, Ji and Men (2017), include anyone who affects or is affected by an organization or a company. In this case, stakeholders are individuals, groups, or institutions affected or who affect Evoke Technology in providing technology to the vulnerable people. Additionally, stakeholders include the institutions or groups with stake, interest, or claim in the decisions and operations of a company (Klijn, Eshuis & Braun, 2012). In this case, stakeholders include employees, customers, suppliers, distributors, government, and health officials who have interest and claim in the decisions and operations of Evoke Technology.
