the website. The hotel website must be in English. Also, visit at least two (2) third party
intermediaries’ websites that sell your selected hotel (e.g., TripAdvisor, hotels.com.
Trivago, etc.) and review information that is used to promote the hotel, such as the
description, image, price, etc. Research should include the hotel, their competitors,
the environment, hotel trends and website design. This research may be conducted
as a group, however, the report must be written individually. No part of the report

The report will analyse different aspects of the website including the products and services offered, analysis of the target market, analysis of communication and sales tools, third party marketing and sales promotion comparison, and finally, it will make recommendations for the company. Mantra Towers of Chevron is a located at Surfers Paradise and sits directly above Chevron Renaissance shopping and dining precinct. It offers different services including restaurant, BBQ facilities, private theatre, gymnasium, health centre, sauna, and many others. In addition, it offers accommodation services which include 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments that have fully furnished kitchens and laundries.
