There is No One Best Way to Manage an Organisation

One of the most researched areas in business is about styles of management. There are thousands of research on management as a practice as an academic discipline, all which tries to find the best management strategies for organisations (Zabihi, 2013). From the industrial revolution era, different researchers have come up with what they though was the best management style, but they are often criticized in subsequent research.  In addition, research has also developed different management styles, all which points out to the challenge of coming up with a standardized management practise. A management style that can be considered effective in one situation may be completely ineffective in another.   Therefore, there is no one best way to manage and organization because management practices change with different aspects of time, place, and situation.
